"That hand sign is more like “fuck your….” in the Balkans (at least in Albanian). Doesn’t make sense to do the white power sign at ethnic the Albanians (who play for NM). He probably told them fuck your mother or something. Also Arautovic literally means Albanian in Turkish"

I don't think it was meant as a white power symbol. The circle was to signify the vagina of the Albanian mother he was discussing fornicating with.

Having googled that, I can't see that's a "white power" symbol. That seems like a load of shit though I could be wrong.
But he did indeed appear to say "I'll fuck your Albanian mother" to one of their opponents whose mum is Albanian. And used a pejorative term for Albanian rather than actual word "Albanian".

I can’t stand the man, but calling it a white power symbol seems strange when it could mean a number of other things seems weird, especially as he was doing it towards a white Eastern European.
Yes the hand signal can be racist, but can also mean ‘spot on’ or ok or the number three. In context of what he shouts however it’s more likely to mean vagina
What he says probably comes from a nasty place and I wouldn’t be surprised to see him banned off the back of it. But as Sven said, if Kane said it on Friday about a Scottish player, would it be racist? I don’t think so.
If still be happy to see Arnie banned though.

Having watched the video it looks like he's saying "I fucked your Albanian mother" whilst showing the handsign in the way it's always meant "perfect" ie I fucked your mum and it was perfect.
Then he walks off ranting towards the crowd. Even for him that seemed a bit mad.
Anyone that wants him back has v bad judgement in my opinion - not because of this but because he's such an oddball there is no guarantee he won't just go mental or walk out again at any point. We have over achieved as a result of having a squad showing incredible togetherness. He'd seem a risk to that.

On the recent Crouch podcast Mark Noble reckoned Arnie was a funny bloke that the players loved.
On the pitch obviously he turns a bit bonkers with an inexplicable urge to fuck elderly Albanians.
I think players are much more forgiving of other players who make financial decisions over 'loyalty'.

Abala certainly didn't like what he was saying.
But could have just been a leader doing something for what he thought was Arnautovic's own good or the good of the team.
(Abala seemed like a decent mentor to Davies at Bayern from my observation the last couple years)
